Montevalle Recreation Center

"Great place to spend time outdoors! The whole area was surrounded by trees, giving the feeling if being away from the hustle & bustle of city life. My only issue was that the only restrooms were at the Center, which was about a 5-8 minute walk from the gazebo where we were celebrating. For adults, it wasn't a big deal. But, for kids, it could be a journey. Overall, though, it ranks pretty high as a great park & rec center to have a picnic, celebrate an event, or to play some sports."

"Parking can be a little tricky on Tuesdays at 6, but it clears out fairly quickly. It is a beautiful park to play, walk, run, or hike. The facilities offer 2 playgrounds, fields for baseball, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, and dance studios, as well as large fields for soccer, lacrosse, football, and rugby."

"We love the playground is safe for toddlers and school age children. We really like how the dog park is gated and close to the playground. There's a tennis court, basketball card and even a skateboard area. Plenty of parking and a recreation park. Also there's tiny tots. Definitely recommend this park for a party a picnic or even a Sunday morning walk."
