"Watch out! I was overcharged on labor hours and have life security camera footage of the actual amount of time they were here working but they charged me for 3 additional hours. Not an honest company. Beware! ** I have streaming video proof of drivers driving up into driveway and on street, as well as continuous video of ladders, as well as continuous view of them driving away. The day two men were here (one man was here for 15 min)- only one man did the job - he just swapped out solar optimizers. Mr. Snyder wants me to trust them because they are " Christians". I don't think an active Christian would curse me out over the phone Mr. Snyder - or lie - or cheat - or steal. Where can I send proof without you cursing at me or putting me down?"

"At first, I though I'd found my 'forever go to' electrical service. I spoke to David and he was very knowledgable, providing an evaluation of what needed to be accomplished through texted photos and phone conversations. Then, it took weeks to get a cost quote. Once the quote came it took several more weeks to get a scheduled appointment. Then on the appointment date, they never showed up. I waited, and waited, then called them and they didn't even have me on their schedule (and they are the ones that gave me the appointment day and time). I could go on, however no need. It doesn't matter how much experience and knowledge a business can provide, if they have no customer service acumen and they don't follow through....."

"Mark and his team were absolutely extraordinary, I am so pleased with the thoroughness of him and his team's evaluation. We are renters in our property, and one day the electricity in our kitchen entirely went out. He promptly came over and analyzed our situation which ended up being a horrible electrical job done by the previous contractor. "I have used Mark Snyder Electric several times over the years. On my most recent visit, I dropped off an Outback inverter for repair and never heard back from them. After leaving several messages that were not returned, I finally got hold of Holly. She told me that they could not reach Outback to get the parts needed. A month had already gone by. I went in and picked up the inverter, which they had a hard time finding and was left disassembled and missing parts. I contacted Outback and they had a part shipped to me within 2 weeks. As a long time repeat customer, I was repeatedly ignored and lied to. Their utter disorganization, lies and blatant disrespect for my customers property was inexcusably unprofessional."
