"The poorest service experience I've ever had. Deserving of no stars but can't submit with no stars. Service techs at the house twice when I had no information about a service call. Calls from service techs look like spam calls. Motor was replace and I was told it provided the clutch/stop function but at the last visit techs told me I had to buy a $450 switch module to have that feature. I was told a supervisor would contact me but was never contacted. When I expressed my displeasure to the office about the incompetence I was experiencing I was threatened to have service calls cancelled."

"We have a pool that we can’t use. The job has been sitting there unfinished for 3 weeks. We had an appointment, the guys came and left quickly, said they don’t have the right equipment. A few days pass by, I had to contact someone to get another appointment. We get a phone call the day before our appointment letting us know that the brackets are on back order and they have to cancel the appointment. This is completely unprofessional and terrible communication. We have a few projects we are doing and I’m not sure we will be using or recommending pool safe."
