"After reading these reviews, I felt reassured that Ben Fain was reliable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, Ben’s conduct with me bore little resemblance to all his positive reviews. Here is what unfolded recently … My vacation home is a 150 miles away from my main home and I am hardly ever there. So I had to trust Ben completely when he said that he had replaced the well pump motor and that the well was now in good working order. Ben was not happy when I asked if it was okay to pay him in several days giving me time to verify the wells status. His previous temporary fix a week earlier didn’t work at all, so I was a bit reluctant to pay this time without checking it out. Despite my hesitancy, he demanded that I pay him immediately via a credit card. So I paid in full based on what I believed was his honorable reputation. The well did work for a couple of watering cycles, but 2-3 weeks later it failed once again. Ben went out to investigate and stated that it was a minor issue and that he would fix it in couple weeks. About 2.5 weeks later, with temps close to 100 degrees and a lot of dying plants, I called Ashley his assistant to convey some urgency. She assured me that he would be out in a few days to make the repairs. Needless to say, he never showed up, nor were any of my increasingly desperate calls to his office ever returned. Response to Bens comments: If only you had responded to my voice messages with the same zeal as you did with this critical review. It is unlikely that you would now find yourself having to cast doubt about my veracity. Keep in mind; I had a bunch of landscaping on life support, so everything you said was taken to heart. I have notes, a calendar, and invoices with payment dates to support this honest and factual review. Here is a little advice: whenever you tell a customer “I will put it on my schedule” they will assume that you will do the job."

"Ben and his family gave me the best price, were fast to respond, and used the best products of the 5+ well services i shopped arround for. Installation with all stainless plumbing, neat and clean. Left the area clean, no trash or debris and even included water testing. 1 year warranty on labor, 5 year on parts is industry standard. Thanks for your great service Ben!"
