"Horrible customer service, the guy at the front didn’t greet properly and when I asked how long it would take he couldn’t give me a straight answer, then proceeded to say 30 minutes and there always busy. When I told him I didn’t have that much time and thank you, he said whatever and gave me attitude."

David was gracious enough to put the car up on the rack and remove the shield only to find that he couldn’t read the numbers off the catalytic converter.
