"I bought a bike a couple of months ago. They had said everything had been checked over on the bike since it was a used one. I took it to service at a different location and they told me the bike looked like it had never been serviced, spark plugs where bad and main oil looked like it had never been changed and other issues. I had even called to make sure that they had checked everything before selling it to me and they never returned my call. Also after talking with some friends they said when they bought their Harley’s at other locations they got 1 year of service or other perks. I was never offered anything which I find odd."

"I parked my bike for three weeks after these guys serviced my bike. When I got to it to do a pre ride check, I found transmission oil under my bike - it was only a silver dollar sized amount. Called them up and they got my bike in same day to look at it. Turned out they just spilled some during servicing, and that's what was on the ground. Downside - they spilled transmission fluid on my bike. Bright side - they corrected the situation right away and were very pleasant and accommodating about it. I will definitely be taking my bike back to them. First and second time taking it in, these guys were very professional."
