"The thermostat was set to heat but it would not kick on I called the my home builder and they sent a Technician out to fix the issue. The Technician’s name was Emmanuel Nieves he first looked at the thermostat to make sure that wasn’t an issue. Then he checked the filters no issue there. He then went in the attic and fixed the issue. When he was done he explained everything that he did. He took the time to show me pictures of the unit and the readings he had taken. He explained what the problem was and how he fixed it. He was so detailed in explaining everything to me. This was absolutely the best customer service that I received. The knowledge was exceptional and the time he spent to go over everything was amazing. Kudos Airplus your Tech was AWESOME!"

"Nelson C., who serviced my house in Ventura County did an excellent job. I was having problems with my heat during mid winter. He was in and out of my house within an hour. Which included him testing/replacing a part. It wasn’t a quick flick of a switch or anything. He also noticed that I had air purifiers around the house and brought me a product that they installed in other houses which scrubs the air through the main system. It was a bit pricy, but he didn’t push it upon me to buy, which I liked. I will seriously think about it as he wasn’t forcing an upsell; just letting me know there’s a product out there that could help. Would I use Nelson C., again? Absolutely. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and polite."
