James is the owner and he walked us through our options on fixing, gave us an exceptional price, and was able to fix in no time. Garage door is like new now, quietest it’s ever been, he fixed parts we didn’t even know were broken. Couldn’t be happier. ABC Garage Door Inc has a customer for life."

"James did a great job today, installed LiftMaster 85503 within one hour. He tried to trouble shoot existing Genie, but after 18 years it was unfixable. I had 2 other estimates for same product with installation, one local company was $200 more, and amazingly another company X wanted more than $500 more for the same product/job. Definitely get your 3 estimates, but make sure ABC is one of them."

We somewhat recently purchased our home, and one of the renovations we needed to make was replacing the beaten up, old garage door and noisy, outdated opener. Scheduling was easy. James answered, and was able to schedule a meet at my house later in the afternoon. I had an idea of what we wanted, and James brought catalogs from their vendors for me to choose from. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the differences between our options, and made great recommendations in areas I hadn't considered. Delivery and install was available earlier than the estimate, and James was able to get things done ahead of schedule. Installation was quick and clean, and James ensured that we were all set up with the programming of the door for wifi, our phone apps, Homelink in our vehicles, and the Homelink repeater in the garage before he left. No shortcuts were taken, despite some unique features of the construction of our garage, and James had the knowledge required to adapt the installation to work out perfectly. We experienced a manufacturer's defect in the opener, and James went above and beyond the call of duty (on a holiday weekend) to get it replaced quickly, so that we weren't left hanging. Throughout the entire process of ordering, manufacture, and installation, James kept up appraised of status via text, and was always easy to reach by phone/text. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend James and ABC Garage Door to friends or family, and will return to them when the time comes to replace the door/opener on other properties. Thanks, James!"
