"Don’t give these crooks your credit card number. They will hold onto it and fraudulently charge it for work that was never done and then swear you called them and asked for them to come out. I fired them in mid 2018 after Sam gave me a bid for $3,400 to snake a toilet. Then low and behold, I find a charge on my credit card May 21, 2019 for $625!!!! I called the office and they said I called Albert to the building. I explained I deleted all their contacts after they gave me a ridiculous bid of $3400 to clear a toilet. She insisted I had called. The kicker!!! I sold the building and no longer owned it the day they are claiming I called!!! I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and will be calling the contractors board Tuesday."
