"The folks at Ladera Heights Auto. There is a lot of back story but needless to say, Emad and his team requires recognition for the great work they do Aug 2023. I had just move back from Vegas. The mechanic there was price gouging me big time. The first time i brought my car in, I told Emad how i was new to the area and had really bad experiences with the last mechanic to work on my BMW. He got the message, and the visit was a hose replacement. I found Emad very understanding of my circumstances and made it clear he would take good care of me The next visit was more in terms of what was needed in service. I had an rear axle break and brand new the part alone would be over $3k! Emad took the extra step of looking for use parts and save me a ton of money.
