"I've been to BBC Triumph three times over the years and will not do business with him again. I'm sure Tom does reasonable work on British motorcycles, however he's rude, arrogant and insulting. On one occasion I came in to inquire about parts and service for my Trident. I was wearing one of my Triumph hats and he said: "Do you actually own a Triumph or do you just own a hat?" The next time I rode my T160 in to buy parts and he made several rude and incorrect remarks about the model, stating that it was actually a BSA. If he isn't familiar with the history of the Trident, it makes me wonder what else he doesn't know about British motorcycles. He did not have the parts I needed for my motorcycle and was unwilling to locate and order them. Lastly, after I bought my 2001 Triumph Bonneville and went there with a friend, he was once again rude. He berated my motorcycle, claiming it was a fraud and wasn't really British, even though it was designed and built by Triumph Motorcycles Ltd. in Hinckley, Leicestershire in England. BBC used to have a reputation for quality, and I have in fact previously recommended friends to BBC, the last of which had to drive all the way from Altadena to pick up his motorcycle, after the work took far too long and wasn't completed correctly. Tom's people and customer service skills are seriously lacking. I sincerely hope he figures this out someday so his business will do well..."

"These places are getting harder and harder to find. I found BBC on a British motorcycle blog trying to find a repair shop on the west coast. I called and talked with Tom and after a short conversation I was comfortable enough to send him my A650 BSA cylinder head. After he inspected the parts he suggested I stalling oversized valves rather than replacing the seats (saving $$$) for my pocketed valves. I got the completed head back in a week or two for what I thought was a very reasonable price. It will be a bit until I complete my restoration but so far I highly recommend Tom and BBC!"

"Tom is a good guy. I truly believe he knows what he's doing. That said don't be in a rush when you drop your bike off. Not cheap. When I got my bike back had a flat tire ? Still needed more work and even now still not running the best. Tom said best he could do, so now looking for a shop that won't let a bike leave the shop without running as it came from factory. I don't recommend."
