"Do not have your iPhone battery replaced at this place. Not only will the new battery perform much worse than the battery they just replaced (original iPhone battery @81%) but you have no recourse. You can not get your money back only a replacement with another of their batteries and if you are flying overseas the following day forget it. No amount of pleading will get you your $85 back. Very rude and possibly against the law."

"I just had the worst and best day ever! I "mike dropped' my little old iPhone 6 this morning and was informed by my accountant that a new phone was not a possibility. I needed to get it repaired. My only option was to make an appt. at Apple store 25 minutes away and get it repaired. I remembered that one of my children got their screen repaired at "the Batterey place" very close to my workplace so I went online and made an appt for later today. Jeff called me right away to ask if I would like to schedule my repair for earlier in the day as the tech person was only working until 4pm! Jeff told me it would take about an hour (YAY!) and that I could bring it in anytime! I drove right over, with my hair in foils because I was really at the salon...not work.....and my phone was fixed by the time I was finished being "styled". And those boys didn't even laugh when I walked in with my roots full of color stuff and cotton around my ears! They were gracious, helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly!
