"Called in with some troubleshooting issues from a previous repair. In less than an hour, Josh and Erik from R&S showed up in one of those nice big Red Chevys and were able to diagnose the issue. They not only solved and fixed it, they actually described before what the issue was, how they were going to fix it, and then right after, tested and serviced the rest of the overhead door. They were in and out within an hour and now our garage door is working better than it ever has. Not too many places nowadays care to communicate some of the smaller stuff which made me happy to see because I, like Josh and Erik, pay attention to the small details. "I requested R&S to send someone to look at our gate and see what was wrong it was not closing all the way. The sent Jordon, he was amazing he repaired the gate so it closed and noticed it was bent. He went above and beyond, once approved he cut and rewelded the gate so it is now straight and working 100%. He also took the time to spray paint the weld so it would not rust. Saving me the time and hassle of having to run out and do that right away… This is the second time Jordon has come to fix our gate and he is excellent his work is expert and his customer service is amazing."
