He also went out of his way to take a look at a second furnace in our home to make sure everything was set up properly. Gave me some suggestions/options on a few things we could fix, but was not pushy at all. In fact, he told me how I could potentially fix the issues on my own at a lower cost, until we were ready to properly have their team get it fixed down the line.
