Laundry Room

"I downloaded the app. It wasn't working. I asked the employee here for assistance as I already know how to use the app in a different laundry mat. She was very rude, tried walking away and then said well you don't know how to use it. I spent 30 minutes on the app before asking her assistance. She was degrading and shows how unprofessional she is. I then added change and according to her it was why the app wasn't working. I asked for me change back as I used a second washer and reloaded the app. She refused. Poor service and only cater to Spanish speaking only. Which I do speak Spanish. I'm just not her type of customer. Thanks for reminding me not to come back. I would put minus stars, they don't have that."

"The Medium Large Washers just inside the door are now $11/load. The smaller ones right next to them are $8.75/load! I know things have gotten more expensive, but $30 to wash 3 loads of laundry is crazy! The larger ones say they hold 8 loads . . . 4 is more like it, the smaller one more like 2! They wash well, but they've slowed the spin down so much that the clothes are still very wet! Front loaders can do much better spinning! I was disappointed & chose to dry elsewhere! Sorry! They used to do better!"

"Clean and quiet today. No music but I have my ear buds. Small snack store and vending machine for snacks and soaps. Even water fill up for .35 cents. Double front loader is $3.75. Dryers are about $1.25 on medium for my thinker clothes like jeans and jacket. Overall a nice place yet parking is tricky. I imagine it's an issue when it's busy here."

"It is clean but all the machines were out of order, or didn't work properly. There was maybe 10 to 15 that work out of the 40 they had. And the cash machines didn't work except 1, This was my worst experience yet"
