"Let me start with saying that if I had a chance to choose 0 star I would. My advice to everyone is to absolutely avoid bringing their valued items to this place because not only they damage your items, yet try to act as a victim to avoid paying for damages. The owner, Anita, refused to even give back our items which were not damaged I had to involve the police for this reason. This was unbelievable!"

"Staff very friendly and promptly helped me to drop off my cleaning. Very clean and organized establishment. Received an email informing me my items were ready for pickup, a day early. My clothes were neatly hung on hangers and protected by a plastic bag. I would highly recommend Lapels for all your dry cleaning."
"My dryer is not working so I began sending my king size sheets to be washed and dried. I set them at my front door- the bag is picked up and returned beautifully washed and folder (and if I choose, ironed). What a time saver! Now I send duvet covers, mattress pads, dry cleaning and all is returned beautifully. I feel pampered! Maybe I don’t need a dryer!"
"Absolutely the best! I was in town for a wedding with a bridesmaid satin dress. They were able to press it within hours and did an excellent job. The staff were friendly too!"
