"$900.00 was stolen from my account on 8/14/2023. I went through the proper procedures as far as filing a claim to have my money returned and filed a police report. Meanwhile, I have no money because that was all I had besides $2.82. On 8/16/2023, I expeditated the claim by filing a hardship claim. Now, on 8/18/23 I call into the 800 number, and my claim was approved, and the funds were available for pick up. I was told by a BOA agent over the phone to go to a nearby BOA branch to pick up my available funds, I just need 2 forms of ID. I did as I was instructed. Now, when it was my time for help at the physical branch, the teller that was assisting me had the most unpleasant looking face and made me feel as if I was the most hideous person so could've ever helped. Long story short, she told me she couldn't help me, and I got the sense that she didn't even want to try and help me. Unfortunately, I had a few choice words with her, and another customer tried to play hero, not knowing the situation. He told me, to shut my mouth or he was going to make me. That customer and I confronted each other, and the entire store branch associates ganged up on me like they were going to start a jail riot against me, coming to the aid of "Mr. Hero!". Ultimately, I was upset that my money was stolen, and these bank associates didn't want to help my situation. Please be careful and aware with this staff because I was robbed by this bank, I was treated less than scum by the teller lady with black or dark brown hair and a Yucaipa High School Football T-shirt on, I was almost beat up and arrested. If I could give this branch a negative star review, I would. Thank you and BE SAFE!"
"It’s ridiculous. How does Bank of America in Yucaipa not be open how it is at Redlands Bank Of America, they are open on Saturdays and open at 9:00am Monday thru Friday, I live in Yucaipa and I have to drive to Redlands to handle my needs! So smart Yucaipa!"
"Magaly Rendón had a horrible attitude and said she refused to help us open another business account. We already have a personal and business account with them, and instead of helping us and trying to understand what we were trying to tell her, she treated us like we were out to something shady and refused to help us or give us options. Horrible customer service."
"If I could give zero stars I would do it. The BofA branch in Calimesa has been closed for about two years. The BofA branch in Yucaipa is closed AGAIN!!! If you decide to drive to the Redlands branch you better pack a lunch or take up crocheting because you are going to to be there for a while. I walked in on a week day and there were at least twenty five people in line and only four tellers. I'm paying BofA to treat me like this?!! Just as soon as I can get my estate situation settled I will close all of my accounts after 50 plus years."
"Been with B of A 22 years and in the last few years service has been terrible. Now the excuse is covid. I understand early on but since they have put up plexiglass, their employees use gloves, their wearing masks and there’s hand wash in their branches. This is an excuse they’re using in my opinion, They claims that someone had covid but then you’ll see the bank will be open two days later. They don’t have the common decency to treat their customers with respect by placing a note on the door of when they will be open, yet they were quick to put up a sign Martin Luther King Day we’ll be closed in which they were probably going to close anyway. The grocery stores are able to maintain continuity and other businesses so I ask what is going on here. Today I called Washington to report this. Hopefully someone in a position of authority will get to the bottom of this but what I’ve seen in the past from our representatives I’m not holding my breath."
