After I waited about 5 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement of my presence, I called out for some response. Soon after this another customer walked in so I spoke up for them too. I thought it was particularly strange considering I received two reminder calls about my appointment both of which occurred at the most in opportune times on two separate days.
