"I would give them 10 stars if I could. Kenny was here within hours of my phone call. He was nice, friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He went above and beyond on fixing the two problems we were having. Took the time to explain and show us what was causing our problems, up front about the cost and provided an estimate which was very reasonable. Thank you Kenny it was a pleasure."

"Mike was awesome to work with on a drainage issue I was having with one half of my yard. He used a camera to help diagnose the problem in the drain pipe and then used a hydrojet to help open things up and improve the drainage significantly. He's done a couple of other jobs at my house and always did excellent work. I highly recommend him and Proactive Plumbing."

"I had the pleasure of having Mike and his guys out to fix a couple things in July 2023. Mike is crazy knowledgeable about plumbing and was happy to answer all the random questions I had. Truly enjoyed chatting with him while he was out repairing a pipe and replacing a pressure regulator. His work is top-notch and his experience really shows. Ben came out to install a new water heater and an expansion tank, and he was just as great to work with as Mike."

"My father in law and I managed to break two separate items over about two weeks: the hose assembly connected to our water main, and the valve running into the wall behind the toilet. Both times, Kenneth from Proactive Plumbing came out (with his apprentice's assistance for the first instance), fixed the issue quickly in a way that I trust will last, and gave me great advice on things I can do to ease issues in the future. Plumbing work is not cheap but Proactive Plumbing is upfront about the costs and neither fix was exorbitantly expensive."
