The second criteria is that there is value to the level of work completed. My issue with their service is that I was given the impression that any repair work cost would go against the up front cost of $550. That did not happen. I was charged an additional $400 for two minor repairs. If you saw the work completed you would know it was minor. I can't believe the service was worth $950. My pool service owner will not recommend San Diego Leak Specialists any more after he learned what happened. My recommendation is that consumers need to get at least three estimates before work commences and press for total cost to be charged."
