"Nice gym, friendly staff, but personal training a joke. Wayyy too expensive for what you are offered. The fitness manager is never there and doesn’t reply to emails. After weeks of emailing and waiting for a response someone finally booked me in with a trainer. It was ok but not worth the rate they charge. Furthermore I never did hear from or meet the elusive manager, Michael. Does he even exist? I cancelled."

"The system is really bad for booking classes or doing much of anything at all. They moved to a new system in December '21 and here we are five months later still unable to do a basic function like booking a class online. It's really clunky and I really just feel bad for the staff who are the ones that need to deal with it and with guests. I would LOVE to change this to a 4 or 5 star review since it is a great community center and Gym. However, after multiple complaints, nothing has been done and every time I go to book a class, I have problems. Looks like it's a salesforce system too. Being in SF, one would think the technology should work. FIX YOUR SYSTEM or move to something else for class registrations."
