"Just got my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. After a 3-bathroom remodeling project our home was filled with construction dust and this cleaning was just what the doctor ordered. Diamond was able to squeeze me in the same day I called to avoid me having to wait until the following week. Waiting would have been an issue because using the A/C would throw the dust around just after a very thorough deep-cleaning of the entire house! Paul showed up on time, described the work to be done and got right to work. During the cleaning, he pointed out issues with my A/C filter size and dryer vent offset elbow that were causing inefficiencies with the air flow and lint build-up in the duct. He also showed me the huge amount of lint that had clogged the dryer duct. He suggested removal of the vent offset elbow, and did it as a courtesy. Very professional service that I would recommend and will use again!"
