"The technician was a liar. Said he fixed two issues but only fixed one. I paid the $100.00 charge from my American Home Shield Plan and I think I will cancel that plan as well. AG should be reported to the Better Business Bureau."

"Over 7 days they sent out 2 different techs to diagnose the problem with our microwave. BUT neither ever pulled out a tool an ohm meter or did any form of service or even opened unit, yet reported the service complete. Another company came out and within 30 min had opened the microwave and replaced the burned out fuse. AG Appliance is not even worth of 1 start, their phone staff is very rude, DON’T waste your time or money with these idiots."

Their fraudulent activity, denial tactics, and woeful customer service paint a bleak picture of their commitment to customer satisfaction and integrity. "Our fridge was leaking and when AHS recommended them the appointment they gave me was over a week. So I called AHS and asked for a sooner appointment coz I'm worried about our kitchen floors and they gave AHS 2 days earlier appointment but when that day came I called them to know what time since I haven't got any call. Turns out we're not even on sked. So I asked AHS for a different repair company. It was California Appliance Repair. They came the next day and fixed it in no time at all. If one of my appliances is going to break, I will refuse to take AG Appliance."

"My home warranty recommended this company as a quality shop. I guess they didn’t check the google ratings. What a shocker that they have a 1 rating. The repair guy came out to look at my ice maker and saw that the plastic rail was cracked preventing the rollers from gliding smoothly across to pull out the ice bin. The repair guy said he would submit a request to home warranty about getting it covered. He said he would order the part and come back and install it in about 5 days. 2 weeks go by and I don’t hear back from the company. I call my home warranty and they said AG appliance submitted a report that the rail was broke from negligence and not normal wear and tear. I have a 30 year old refrigerator which is good quality but plastic parts wear out over time. I can’t believe how dishonest this company is. They want to take my service payment and not perform any work where they aren’t able to rip people off. Instead, they will lie. Don’t do business with this dishonest company."
