"Humberto tried to help but unfortunately — although he agreed the unit was broken — due to the lack of visibility of the serial number — he said he was unable to move forward per Sears’ policy. I think this is crazy as there are other ways to identify the unit; but KitchenAid (maker) was unable to assist as well. The unit is missing the sticker. Could have been a factory issue; we never had to deal with it before because it has never leaked GAS before and we inherited the unit. Per Humberto, there are other providers that Choice Warranty can partner with that does not require the serial number — and he would be explaining this to them in detail to assist and help ensure the unit is repaired. I hope this was done. I appreciated his time. Thank you."

"The technician was very good the only problem I have with Sears is their scheduling department they don’t know what they are doing. For example I had technician here an hour ago and I received the phone call 10 minutes Ago that my technician is gonna be here tomorrow between 8-12. That is what I’m talking about, look like they have different systems. Please do something about it because it is so aggravating."

"We were given a time arrival estimate of 8-12. Actual time was closer to 4pm. We wasted a day waiting! Service was fine once he got there."

"Michael, the tech that helped us, was fantastic, well versed in his work and absolutely willing to spend the time with me to explain our options, including worst case scenario, in the end he discovered the solution and within about an hour the work was completed and he provided tips to consider going forward. Highly recommend this service again, our washing machine was only about 4-6 years old, but glad we were able to repair it."
