"Over 30 days trying to fix my washer until they finally gave up. This company was sent to me by AHS warranty which has taking forever to assign a competent contractor. They showed up with no parts, took a Quick Look at the washer, departed and return a week later with the part, installed it and left. The washer didn’t stop spinning, came back ordered another part, came back a week later, installed it, left and the part didn’t fixed the problem. They did the same for 4 weeks in a row a total of six home visits. Very Sad!"

"How is this company still in business? Like other reviews mentioned I had been directed to this company from American Home Shield. First day someone comes to check my broken dishwasher he drains the water and then leaves. The error code was not gone so not really what he did. The next day another person comes by he sat on phone googling things for 15 minutes before he said he doesn't know what to do and then leaves. I hear nothing for days I am constantly calling the company asking for updates they said we are going to order some parts in a few weeks. I do not like not having a dishwasher their urgency is a joke. I asked that they released the job so my home warranty company can send someone else to my house. After seeing all the reviews for this company the mere fact they are still able to operate is unfair to customers who are forced to work with them. This business is fraudulent and I have no reason to believe any of them are licensed or certified to be able to fix anything. It is a group of general handymen that try to do the bare minimum to get the machine functionable. Shame on American Home Shield for working with companies of this sort. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. Google why are we not allowed to give 0 stars for companies? 1 star is far to generous for this joke of a company."

"I had a good experience with them. I read all the terrible reviews here about them and home shield so maybe my expectations were extremely low to start with. I assumed home shield was a scam and the reviews here didn't make feel any better, but since we had already been paying for the warranty for years, we decided to let it play out. We were assigned Antech as our tech for our broken fridge. They sent me a text within 24 hours to call and schedule an appt. I waited 30 min on hold before sometime picked up (minus 1 star). But the person was friendly, scheduled an appt 2 days out, and helped explain the Home shield process. I was given a 6 hour window of when he might show up and he showed up right at the start of the window. I rushed home from work but was late. Called the number, sometime picked up right away and asked the technician to wait. Then he diagnosed my fridge in 15 min, was friendly, and relayed the info quickly to home shield. For the service I got from Antech, I had a pleasant experience and am quite happy. Note: during the initial call, the guy explained that if they deemed our fridge as unrepairable, it would take home shield weeks to get us a new fridge which helped us make the decision to purchase a new fridge on our own and get reimbursed later. Unique situation in that we were willing and able to buy the new appliance instead of going going through the whole process."

"This is part of a scam with American home shield “insurance”. American home shield collects $100 to send out this company. So you wait a week for Antech to come out. They tell you the problem. Then you wait another week to get American home shield to “approve” antech fixing the problem. However, American home shield states the will not cover any of it. By now, you’ve wasted 2 weeks without your appliance working (tough with 2 babies in our home). Nonetheless Antech claims they will fix the issue (charging more than double other companies I called). But because they already assessed the issue and stated they will fix the problem after paying them, we agreed. We felt we already invested time into this and just wanted our appliance to work. By now it’s almost 3 weeks, Antech shows up. Doesn’t fix the problem, but they already collected the money to fix the problem. A total nightmare. Please save yourself. Do not trust American home shield and do not trust Antech. This has been a stressful nightmare. Especially at this is a “fire hazard” according to the tech. Horrible experience."
