"I got a Halo 5 water system two weeks ago. The technician, Alex, and the installation job itself were awesome. But I am regretful for the Halo 5 water conditioner. I don't recommend it if you live in decent cities with decent city water. After the installation, I have tested the water with a tester calibrated with NaCl, it has showed numbers indicating, “Marginally acceptable” in quality. It is just “Average Tap Water”, although I spent $4000 for it. Please, save your money by buying the Reverse Osmosis water filters on Amazon or else. It’s far cheaper and better. I wish that A.M. Plumbing & Rooter guided me to reasonable water systems."

"After having several instances of dirty water coming back into the house through the bathtubs and showers we knew we had to figure out what was causing this issue. The first plumbing company we called recommended that we find a rooter plumbing company. Alex the the service expert from AM plumbing arrived on time at the scheduled time and was very professional. He took the time diagnose the issue and show me with a video the tree roots that were blocking our outdoor plumbing and causing the issue. He explained the process to fix the issue along with a detailed invoice of what the cost would be for each step. He was able to schedule the repair soon after the initial inspection and diligently worked to fix our plumbing issue while taking time to answer all the questions about the repair process. At the end he also took the time to show me on his camera the completed repairs and took time to explain the warranties included for the work. I’ll definitely be recommending AM plumbing and using them again should I have any other plumbing issues."

"We used A.M plumbing for leak detection. Alex arrived on time as promised and figured which pipe was leaking. He gave us options how we can fix our pipe leak with its pros and cons. After the job, Alex informed us on some other issues that we might need to consider in the future. He did not insist doing the repair but we asked him to do it as well. He is very professional and values his clients. We are very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again for repairs and maintenance of our plumbing needs.
