"I had a valve job done on my truck and they did not perform the job to my satisfaction. I am on a fixed income and I have a hard time getting used to how everything is so expensive. They charge $150 an hour for labor. My entire bill was $4520. Maybe that's a fair price nowadays, but it's a lot for me to pay. I can't see how anyone can afford to pay $150 an hour for a mechanic. I do not recommend National Automotive. They did not perform the job I paid for. I paid $4520 for nothing. I'm going to report them to the bureau of automotive repair."

"The worst shop I've ever dealt with. A bunch of crooks that will rip you off and blatantly lie to your face. I spent nearly $4,000 to get an "engine overhaul" as they call it and what the owner Jamie said would be a week is now 2 months later and my car is worse than when I brought it in. I brought it in wanting a new or used engine because of fast oil consumption, but Jamie talked me into an overhaul. In the process of them working on my car they messed with some wires that they claimed they checked and caused the check engine light to come on and then broke 2 of my engine mounts which now causes a vibration which Jamie claims the vibration and check engine light were caused by an ecm! I waited 3 weeks for this ecm that ended up having nothing to do with the check engine light or vibration! They damaged things they weren't even supposed to touch and refuse to fix them. On top of everything, they didn't even care to change my air filter that's in my engine! Unless you want to have to get a lawyer and sue this place like I'm in the process of doing, don't go here!!"

"Went for a quick inspection but couldn’t afford the repairs at the moment. Once I got my vehicle back same day later had a random oil leak. Someone Loosened up my oil filter. I don’t like to point fingers, but if you get work done somewhere make sure they don’t mess with your stuff."
