"I stopped in one Saturday morning with an iPhone 11 that had a piece of the charge cord broken off in the charge port, and they removed the broken piece in less than 5 minutes. Best of all, they only charged me a flat rate service charge of $69. I had taken the phone to several different places and was told that the charge port needed to be replaced at over $100. I had also called apple and they wanted to "upgrade" the phone to a newer model at over $200. I highly recommend 911 Gadgets of Lake Elsinore and would definitely go there again if I need one of my devices repaired."
