"I called Ramon at Tri City Plumbing to check out my water heater at 8AM. He asked for my address and told me he would be out within the hour. He showed up shortly thereafter. He explained the issues with the water heater and why it needed to be completely replaced. He was very professional and gave me a fair price to do the work and said he could do it immediately. He was done around 11AM and did a nice clean install. Thank you Ramon...Job well done sir!"
"One of best experiences I've had with a plumber. I've used the bigger names in the past, but I read the reviews about personal and courteous service so I decided to call. Ramon picked up in seconds and was working on the repair in about 30 minutes. Prices were reasonable and there was absolutely no up-selling or pressure to do anything. Will definitely use Ramon again. Update: had a second plumbing emergency, HE PICKED UP THE PHONE ON HIS VACATION! I told him to get off the phone and enjoy his time off, but just wanted to post to let people know the ownership Ramon takes with his customers."
