"This review is for the repair experience on my fleeted truck that was damaged from a break in. I had reported my truck with two broken windows and a broken tailgate lock flap. This incident was recorded by my internal organization and fleet team when I made the claim. I had asked my fleet company if a copy of my report would be given to the shop for damages and they had said yes. I had my car delivered to the shop so they could start repairs (took about 3 weeks) and got an invoice of the repairs starting and an estimated completion date. The invoice did not detail the full list of repairs (only cost). I had received a call to pick up my car and I called back to make an appointment. This call felt like it was an inconvenience that I was calling in and asking about repairs for my truck. Flash ahead to picking it up. I had already returned my rental and I went to the shop for pickup. Upon a walkthrough with the estimator, both windows looked fixed and the interior was clean (exterior of car needed to be washed. The most disappointing part of this experience was the tailgate hood lock was not fixed nor inspected. I asked the estimator why this was missed and the shop was told by the fleet company that they would not fix it. Not only did I talk to the fleet company (they informed me the estimator missed it and didn’t check) - I have to now wait for another month for a third party company to do the fix/install. The impression I got from this repair is that they identified it as a fleet vehicle, saw it as a quick buck and not being able to add more to the invoice; so provided the most basic service for this claim to move it out of the shop. If I get into another maintenance concern with my vehicle - I will not be picking this shop intentionally."

"My experience with Fix Auto in Redlands was great! The girls in the office are AWESOME everyone is so sweet and kind! The adjuster Ryan, I believe was his name, also called me multiple times throughout the process to give me updates about my car, even though some parts got delayed they made sure to work on my car as soon as they got them. They also helped me with my rental, had the rental place pick me up and let me drop the car off at the shop for convenience, they made everything so easy, it’s such a relief that in difficult times like these people still exist in customer service and just willing to help you and understand your concerns, I had just bought my car less than two weeks ago when the accident happened and it was a complete headache but the staff at Fix Auto made the process very smoothly and I would recommended to anyone that needs their car fixed! They also specialize in Tesla which made me feel more comfortable since many body shops still don’t know how to work on these cars, hopefully I don’t, but if I ever need body shop services again I’ll be coming back here!! Also the car looks BRAND NEW I can’t even tell it was ever in an accident, excellent repairs, excellent customer service overall 10/10"
