"This was a random search on Google and I’m very happy with the choice..I had a backed up pipe, called and told them my situation and everyone was so, so professional and helpful.. They gave me an afternoon appointment but called and said they had an earlier one and set me up with it.. The 2 technicians (Martin and Sean) were very kind and helpful Martin walked me through what he was doing and was very knowledgeable and polite.They got the job done in under a hour. "Without a doubt I would, and have, recommended Rooter Solutions to anyone with a need for their services. I even asked them to give me a pile of their calling cards to give out. And I speak as a California Certified Water Distribution Operator, as I help to run a small mutual water company. They responded within an hour of my call, sent a supervisor and knowledgeable tech, and promptly got to work. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a much larger problem than I first envisioned. But they had the equipment, various parts, and most importantly, the clear knowledge of what had to be done. The camera turned out to be very valuable in diagnosing the challenges they met. I was also very impressed with the special software they used to document the whole procedure, complete with pictures. I always note a history of any such experiences and demand to be kept "in the loop." I think one of the best parts was the pride they took in their work, and the great attitudes all of the workers had with me and also their coworkers, treating all with respect and some of the sunniest smiles I have ever seen; a marked difference than I had experienced with a previous plumbing company."
