We had an irrigation valve stuck open that was flooding our yard; he took my call while he was on another job out of the area, but took the time to help me find the irrigation shut off. He came out the next day to fix the valve and a couple of running toilets, which he did at a fair price and while thoroughly explaining all the work he was doing. We decided to have him out again to replace a couple of other irrigation valves that were showing wear, and again he did a great job - even cleaning up the messy wiring from previous jobs.
