"Awful experience. 1 The address on Google is worng and not updated. When I called the number, the guy said "oh we have moved, we are just down the road." It was 5.5 miles away. 2 I told him what the problem was (one microphone in Galaxy Z Flip 3 not working). He didn't believe me, and insisted on doing a "diagnostic" in advance which had to be prepaid. 3 He told me the diagnostic said the microphones are OK, and I should factory reset. 4 Groan. I did a factory reset and (surprise surprise!) microphones still not working. I took it somewhere else and they repaired the microphone, no problem"
