The employees Dallon, Jackie, and Lucy were very friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions. They also picked me up to retrieve my vehicle from their shop. I've had 2 other mechanics flake on me before finding them. And I believe they will now be my auto-repair shop from now on. I would recommend them to anyone who asks for great customer service, and the mechanic worked really diligent on my car. She is an older car, and it sounds great. "I’ve taken my 75 Jimmy to Laguna Woods Auto Repair for about 5 years now. From the start, Bob has been my go to guy. His genuine care, and attention to detail is what keeps me going back every time. Walking in the entrance, you are taken back to a 60’s diner themed shop; complete with booth seats and tables, a juke box, and tons of old school memorabilia, that makes the wait, and pinch on your wallet a lot less painful. I’ve had the privilege of being taken inside their shop, immediately greeted by a wide range of beautiful classics, newer domestics, and imports, further affirming my decision to leave my Jimmy in Bob’s hands.
