"We asked three local HVAC companies to bid for a single room mini-split heat pump. The first two either didn't respond or came back with a high bid for an undersized unit. The third company was Affordable Heating, and thankfully Charlie Sr. took the time to listen to what we needed and came back quite quickly with a bid that was very reasonable, and within our budget. They set up installation quicker than I expected (two weeks), and the two man crew doing the work were everything you'd want from a contractor: on time, professional, quick, and they cleaned up after the job. Affordable even helped arrange rebates offered through local utilities, that made this a better deal than I had realized. The new mini-split is super-efficient, works great and we are more than happy with the results! We'd definitely recommend them."
