Reviews of Bryan Automotive
"They have worked on several of our cars. They do a great job."
"One thing I can say with great conviction, is that other dude who wrote about a bad engine swap situation really scared me in the begining. Not only was I upset about needing a new engine. And the money that was going to have to be spent on getting a new engine and then paying for one... Here I am with my truck at Bryan automotive, by recommendation, and then I see that comment. Comment. Not only did I freak out a little bit but I let that sort of for some strange reason. Give me some weird, uncertain post to fall back on and start thinking of negative stuff.... So I had my 2014 Ford f150, 3.5 L EcoBoost, engine was basically catastrophic. Engine failure needs to be replaced. Found an engine that was remanufactured through Powertrain products, $7500, and had a estimate of 3500-4000$ for the install. Yikes. And then, I have my truck at a mechanic who takes apart engines and leaves them worse??? I was not liking it. Thanks to that one post. ( for what ever reason, I let his comment give my Outlook its projection, which was towards failure) Well I've had my truck back for a few days now. It runs great. The guys did an awesome job at putting it back together and getting it running for me. Not only did they work with my mom who was helping me out in this situation and can be very demanding of certain things, But they also listen to what I had to say and if had they had any questions they would call back and ask me about something. Or give me an update with good information that I needed to know. If you know anything about the gen1 F-150 EcoBoosts well, from what I've gathered, they're not the easiest nor the most fun engine swap to do and these guys absolutely crushed it for me. They had this engine in and I think 4 days something like that. 5 days maybe Max. And I was out the door and back on the road. I will admit I was very skeptical at first and I had myself in a s***** headspace due to that comment that was left above. But I highly recommend basing your decision off of all of the other positive ones and then maybe if you're going to have an engine swap, don't let that douchebag ruin your experience. These guys did wonderful, I would highly recommend them. I appreciated their hard work and communication. Whether it was on the phone or via email. They got back to me when I needed them to. They got my truck back to me earlier than I expected and they also did a good job. Very stoked and very thankful"
"Had never heard of Bryan automotive.. Bought a car that the owner mislead us saying the clutch was changed 20k miles ago. Found out the shop that supposedly did the work was Bryan automotive and discovered they did not do the work as previous owner declined the job. After the shock wore off we were pleased that Bryan auto would still do the job. Got a new quote and had the job done swift. Super friendly people and super helpful. Was an all around wonderful experience and I'm grateful for their work. 10 out of 10 will use again. Probably the nicest experience with a shop I've ever had. Thank you Gemma Renée Locatelli 3LVRANCH"
"Kyle did a quick turnaround front-end alignment on a tricky kit car that was way out of whack. I'm super happy with the results, and would agree that they can align *anything*."
"They attempted to do an engine swap, long story short they wasted 2 months of my life with the least professional service I've dealt with in my 20 years of driving and dealing with shops. They got no work done, they only disassembled things. They did damage to the car and parts and created extra work by disassembling things they didn't need to (for example, destroying a perfectly functional AC condenser, which I have to pay to replace). They even lost parts like the clutch fork. I originally was going to not bother leaving a review, but the additional costs after the car left shop, caused by their poor quality work, brought back more frustration. Not to the mention the costs of not having a car for two months and them making negative progress ( meaning, the car left their shop in a worse state than it went in) Direct quote from a much better, more professional shop after seeing their work : "I wouldn't let them fix a cup of water" Avoid at all costs!!!"
