"Angelica, what you don't know is the total telco did a horrible job. We're still dealing with the customer and I've had to go back several times after to fix your mess. You should have never been paid for the horrible work you all did. Then you want to blame Veronica who had nothing to do with your bad work is insulting. Then on top of that you all try to charge us extra. Will never do business with total telco"

"If you are a contractor attempting to conduct business with this customer, please save yourself the headache! We started doing work for them in 2020, at first they paid their invoices but we soon realized that it was getting harder and harder to collect money owed to us. After what seems like a few dozen "Payment Status" requests that went unanswered, I finally got ahold of Veronica the owners sister and was told that they had just recently moved and purchased new equipment and that money was tight. I drafted up an agreement to be paid within 90 days in which was due in January 2022. We are now going in to July and the balance owed to us has not been paid in full. So, now we have to use a collection agency... I honestly don't know how they are still in business. Hope that this helps you stay clear of interacting with this business."
