Also, at one point he had multiple customers in the room, and he was quick and efficient to address any questions/concerns thoroughly. I overheard one customer who had come in for a second opinion for a possible used car purchase and he provided extensive details on the car and offered his honest opinion to not go forward with their asking price point.
