He thoroughly explained the problem and the solution. He did have to order a part, but it came when he said it would. And, he returned that day to made the repair. The furnance is now functioning fine, and the cost was much less that I had anticipated."

He clearly explained the likely cause and the fix included climbing on the roof to adjust the flue cap. Quite a lot of effort but the fee was still lower than I had expected.
