"I broke my screen on my Pixel 7 into uBreakiFix. I made an appointment for Sunday at 12:00 noon. I arrived was greeted quickly and the technician reviewed the phone condition. Typically the turnaround time on a screen replacement is 2 to 3 hours, I lucked out that it was quieter that day and was less than 1 hour wait time. Please come prepared for the 2 to 3 hours. Job was done fast, efficient and with a smile on their face. I highly recommend uBreakiFix."

"my experience was bad with this company my appointment was rescheduled 3 times my original appointment was canceled same day 20 minutes after my appointment time i was informed that the screen to fix my phone wasn’t available and they wouldn’t be able to come till a later time which i wasn’t available for. The second day i was informed a worker had called in sick and my appointment had to be rescheduled. On the the third day which was now Wednesday someone finally stopped by to fix my screen the gentleman was very nice and fixed my phone quickly. Over all i probably won’t use this method to fix my phone again, very unprofessional."

"My iPhone 8 was shorting or disconnecting from the wall charger and my car. Whenever I drove over any bumps or made some turns. I thought the phone was breaking and I was going to need a new on. I was not looking forward on the expense these phones are getting expensive. I saw this place at a local plaza in San Jose called the plant and decided to Yelp them out. I met Devin and she looked at my phone and told me how much it would cost to put in a new port hole into the phone. But before she started that work order. She told me that sometimes it doesn't need to be repaired in that manner all it needs is some cleaning from any dust, lint or particles that get caught inside those little hole plugs. So she took my phone and removed the case and took a paper clip and cleaned out a bunch of lint, cat hairs and junk caught inside eeewww!! I had no idea those tiny little charger holes would get so dirty. After she was done cleaning at NO CHARGE, she plugged it in for me to one of the chargers and I heard the phone hook up and started to charge Devin cleaned my phone and I was not going to need a new one after all. I was so happy that I did not need to spend any money. So, I bought a new phone screen and had the old one replaced because it was cracked, and Devin did the work on that, and the cost was perfect for my budget. Made this customer very happy and will let all of my family and friends know about this small, tiny cell phone repair shop. If you ever need your phone worked on. This place gets 5-star EXCELLENT review from me."
