"Johnathan and his team had horrible communication and transparency. After quoting us a job over the phone and scheduling us, he ended up needing to reschedule us three times before finally getting one of his techs to show up. He kept promising we would get a call and we never did. Then, when the work was finally going to get done, we found out the tech had not been properly informed of the details of the job we had already communicated. Johnathan had promised to remove a propane tank that had a broken valve and dispose of it for us. When the tech arrived we found out he would either charge us extra for that (not included in what he quoted us over the phone) or make us dispose of it ourselves. Before starting the tech did not give us an updated cost estimate and did not provide an invoice after finishing. Then we were charged extra beyond our initial deposit with no further explanation or communication. Overall this was a very bad experience and we will not be going back to them for any other work and will actively warn against using their services."

"Our tech Jonathon was amazing!! He got out water heater fixed and made sure it was working and everything and gave us tips for upkeep on it! If something goes wrong on your RV I would highly recommend asking for Jonathon to come help!"

"I was in escrow, with a RV that the slide was stuck extended. The group saved me a lot of headache. The slide was brought in and they were able to put in new batteries so I could vacate the driveway. 5 star service. Selah!"
