"DO NOT USE. We waited 4.5 hours for a jump when we were told it would be 90 minutes. I called at 2 hours and was told it would be 1 more hour. Called again at 3 hours and was told 20 minutes. Called again at 4 hours and was put on hold for 20 minutes and they only came to the phone when the tech arrived."
"I was stranded and needed to go home. Mario provided great service and Ed was excellent in fixing my problem. Once my problem was fixed, I was on my way home a happy camper. I do recommend their services. 5 Stars."
"They came to my location last night at around 9p.m. and took the batteries out of my truck, and had to take apart my side step to do so. He finally gets finished with this around 0130 am and proceeds to go to the freightliner dealership thathe said he already called to make sure they were open 24hrs. Around 0430 he returnsto my truck and proceeds to tell me that there were no battery shops that were open that late and that someone would be at my location at 0600. It is now 1000 and I finally got a hold of them for them to say that they did not know I was in the same location, which it was said that I have no batteries in my truck, how would I go anywhere? So now I'm being told it's going to another 3 hours before they could get someone out to me. Now I'm wondering which is better, make someone wait for 2 or 3 hours so you cando some batteries, or, make someone that's already been waiting for 12 hours wait another 3 hours?"
