"My condo community has had great results with Adam and team handling plumbing reconfiguration work to improve access to the main the line water valve to each unit, and replace old turn valves lever style shut-off. Adam came onsite on time and quoted me on the same job plus some additional miscellaneous work I asked for, including custom installation of a water filtration system and installation of several bidets. Even without seeing the results myself, I am pretty confident the team does good work. However, for the job I was quoted (in early Dec 2023), I got ghosted. 3+ weeks and no replies to my multiple follow-up emails or follow-up calls, first to discuss the initial quote, then requesting an update on whether or not they had any availability (and when) or desire to do the work. Adam did say that it might be possible to get it in before end of year during the onsite consult, but their total lack of follow-up has convinced me they aren't interested in doing the job. I definitely understand it's the holiday season (Dec) and my quoted job wasn't an emergency nor high dollar value. Still, I would have hoped for some follow-up (customer communication for me is an important part of the overall service experience). (Update) I wanted to note that I did in fact hear back from Adam in late Jan 2024! Still pretty disappointed with the complete communication lapse. He didn't apologize which I personally would have (I work in customer service myself and even if ingenuine I expect myself to offer one since I want the best for my customer and I want them to feel supported and cared for), and in their defense they had one of the business Dec on record in addition to staffing issues. Overall bumping my review to 2 stars given I did receive that follow-up call. Not going to be using them though. Also heard from one of my neighbors that they have had similar communication problems from them in the past. Echoed in a few of the Google reviews too."

"The Garza family does an awesome job of managing this family business. They truly care about the customer and the job they do. I had a leaking water heater and Adam (who is still out in the field even though he is the VP) had my water heater replaced the next day. I also had A/C pipes hindering the replacement, and he patiently worked through the challenge and made it better for next time a replacement is needed. I wish my A/C guy had thought about what he did. Adam also is a straight-shooter that I can appreciate. He objectively gave the benefits and costs associated with tankless vs. water heater tank. Both solutions are feasible, just some different trade-offs. I opted for water heater tank to get my family hot water sooner and lower installment cost. Adam is meticulous on the job and gets it done right the first time. And he's friendly and courteous (and wore a mask the full time)! Highly recommended."

"Adam came 2h late to assess onsite job (sink replacement in kitchen + filtration water). Despite being late with no heads-up, he clearly explained what needed to be done. Said he will send a quote within a week. So far so good. Then total ghosting: I called 3 times the office 2 weeks apart each time to follow up on the quote, sent him text messages. Even asked in my last call to let me know if Adam is not interested in pursuing this work. Well, still nothing."

"Called Adam for some emergency help late evening. Though he was done for the day, he reached out to his team and arranged one of the best technician to come and help solve our problem immediately. We had a flooded kitchen, the gentlemen came and helped solve the root cause of the problem. Would definitely recommend and use for my future needs. "San Jose Plumbing did a great job with an urgent water heater replacement. Less than 24 hours after my old water heater had broken down, San Jose Plumbing had installed a new one. Their front office was easy to work with and followed through on all of their commitments. The plumber who did the job, Jose, is a real pro. He did excellent work and he provided great service. The location of our water heater presented some unique challenges and Jose managed them well. He also showed up in a timely manner and completed the job efficiently.
