"Just wanted to write a nice review for Thomas Watch Repair. I took my watch in for a new battery, expecting to drop it off and pick it up at a later date. My watch was ready to go with a new battery in about 5 minutes! And, the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend this shop and the quick and friendly service."
"Wonderful experience with Thomas at Thomas Watch Repair. Welcomed-in without an appointment. Thomas was able to help fix my Raymond’s dead battery and had me in & out with watch on wrist in less then 20 minutes. Very professional with a clean shop in an excellent location; can’t beat the price, this is the place! I plan on exclusively going to Thomas for all my watch repair needs. Thanks again, Thomas!"
"If all you need is a battery replacement for your watch, this is apparently the place to go. The vast majority of the five-star reviews involve only a battery replacement, which, let's be honest, is not "watch repair," nor is it even difficult. I took my watch in to have the bracelet repaired, as the fold-over clasp was broken. It was something I thought would be relatively simple, since it didn't involve any of the internals of the movement. Thomas was very polite and explained he was unable to repair/replace the bracelet or clasp. Maybe he was intimidated by the task since it wasn't the standard Mickey Mouse Casio that just needed a battery. And before you jump to conclusions thinking, "Oh, this must have been a rude customer and that's probably why Thomas declined service," you're wrong. Thomas won't even remember me because our conversation was very polite and brief. Whatever the reason, I no longer had any confidence in his actual "watch repair" abilities."
"Excellent service -- fast and well-priced! Yesterday I asked Thomas to replace my watch's battery. I was a new customer. In five minutes it was done. $17. Just as delightfully, Thomas is a warm and knowledgeable expert. An exceptional experience overall. I'll definitely return for any watch maintenance or repair. Thanks, Thomas!"
"Got my watch battery replaced here. Super fast in/out in 20mins. Will recommend for sure."
