"I had 3 out of 4 working burners on my range. They visited twice, and now I have 1 working burner and a cracked glass range top. Just don't. You'll thank me later."
"I do not recommend this company and I will not be using this company. If anything happens to my appliances in the future. I was assigned this vendor through on my home warranty. Insurance was told they would call to schedule an appointment. I never received a call they just scheduled that appointment for about three weeks later, this was for a leaking fridge. I called them to see if we can switch the date and they told us they’re only in our city which is a Vallejo on Wednesdays which are the days my husband and I both work so one of us had to take the day off to be there for them to come and look at the fridge. They came when my husband was off he told me the tech was rude. Hardly explained anything to him said he had to look for the part told him what the problem was with the leaking and left didn’t say anything to my husband about leaving. I had to call the technician to find out what was going on and get updates since he didn’t communicate with my husband before leaving another week later we get a call that they got the part, and that they would come on a Wednesday again thank goodness I actually worked from home this day he called saying the timeframe would be in between 11 and one called me again a little bit later and said that he had a cancellation and he would be here at 10. two technicians showed up the older gentleman was the same as before, and was still road smelled bad of cigarettes again, poor communication. He looks at our refrigerator door because the seal was often wasn’t closing all the way he took all of the condiments out of the fridge, left them on the counter told me he was done. I had to sign a form, and then when I went into the kitchen to look at the fridge, he left all of my condiments out on the table didn’t put anything away left all of their garbage and boxes from the parts on my floor and counter for me to clean. Very unprofessional, very rude, and poor communication. WILL NOT USE AGAIN."
"Sent the owner out to repair my Brand New Sharp oven. He was rude and treated my wife and I like we were stupid. He showed up with a part without even coming out to find out what he needed. He even admitted he didn't know how to fix these new kind of electronics. Who is the one who doesn't know anything? Did not give any paperwork."
"HA! We called because our stove wasn’t working — literally cannot turn on. The service technician came, he saw, refused to acknowledge problem, and requested payment. Talk about predatory service here! The service technician actually tried to convince us this is how the stove is supposed to work, as he’s struggling to turn on the stove himself. Can we talk about how face in palm moment this is? In short, 1. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL 2. DOES NOT KNOW HOW PRODUCTS ARE SUPPOSED TO WORK! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you are happy giving free money to people."
"Called to have my LG front-loading washer stabilized. The office said that the tech would call at 9 AM to let us know when he would be by that day; instead, he called at 3 PM and said he would be there at 3:30. At 3:30, the tech came in, reeking of cigarette smoke; he woke up my 19-month-old daughter by ringing the doorbell, despite the sign on our door requesting that people not ring the bell. He took one look at the washer, and said that he couldn't do anything because it was in a tray. At least as of 2007, our city's building code requires washers to be in a tray. He then demanded $69 for the service call, even though he was on the premises less than five minutes and did not perform any work. He got a check, but I stopped payment on it almost immediately. These people should not get your money. Take your business elsewhere."
