"If I could give 0 starts I would. I cannot believe that Costco has a partnership with this company. 2 no call no shows, then, they schedule an appointment and the technician calls at 2pm saying he doesn’t have the parts for the TV. Never buy a TV from Costco, because if it breaks, this company will have to repair your TV, and it will never happen. All over a 6 month old Samsung TV that has a screen that went totally black… Absolutely embarrassing"
"This is the company Samsung sent to my house to fix the issue with my oven. This company actually sent me a link to do a Google review which led to the Los Angeles branch, but really it was the San Jose branch that came to my house so that’s why I’m posting here. The issue with my oven is that everything was undercooked when it was supposed to be done, I inserted oven thermometers, and it turns out that the temperature in the oven was 50° lower than the display on the oven. This company canceled on me twice. The first time they canceled on me at the start of the day so that wasn’t too bad, but the second time they canceled to me at the very end of the day after they should’ve already been here and I had to Contact them asking them if they were still coming and someone texted me back saying that they were not feeling well and they weren’t coming. What was not cool about that is that I stayed home all day while my family all had a social gathering that I missed. Finally, someone came out, they apparently came out, thinking the issue was different, they started saying stuff about their training, and how they didn’t have the right parts, they called tech-support, which I had already done, and in the end they closed my issue as “no defect found” The tech was probably here for all of 15 minutes. He didn’t really look at the issue once he found out that it was different than what he was supposed to come out for. He tried to explain to me how the heating element works, and how it won’t be exact and how it will fluctuate, but being off by 50° is a lot! Him marking the issue no defect found then made it difficult for me to see if I can get another technician out because Samsung was saying that there was no problem anymore, so it’s not covered anymore. It’s hard to say if here would be a beneficial outcome if a different tech would’ve come out or if the tech was properly informed of my issue or if I responded to the text from this company asking if it was really resolved, but at this point, if I don’t have to deal with this company, then I will avoid it. My oven is still within the return window from the store I bought it from, so unfortunately, I’m going through the ordeal of having an oven returned and having to buy another one. It’s just hard to believe that we are in 2023, now 2024, and what seems like a simple issue of the Temperature in the oven, not matching. The temperature on the display by a big variance seems to be unfixable or even not understood."
"Today was supposed to be the third visit in three weeks to repair our 3 1/2 year old Samsung refrigerator. Service Quick called from an unknown number at lunch to leave a message the repair would have to be rescheduled until next week due to technician being unavailable. We were supposed to have been called first thing in the morning for an appointment window. Returned the call and upon expressing our displeasure at yet another delay the agent hung up on the call refusing to transfer to a manager. Another day wasted waiting for no progress."
"Was a bit concerned seeing the many bad reviews, but I had a good experience with them to repair my Samsung TV. I scheduled for a few days out, and they moved up my appointment (I didn’t ask for this but didn’t mind). They came within the window the tech told me, and they worked really quickly and professionally! My TV seems to be fixed now, so overall a good experience! Only con was that the appointment scheduling window kept changing online randomly."
"Ideally would give them negative rating if Google could have provided that option. I have no idea why Samsung has gone with such a horrendous servicing company. They have rescheduled my appointment multiple times. Several no shows after I had been waiting for them to arrive all day. On one occasion the person showed up on a completely different day than my appointment date. My service request was for Dolby atmos not working on a Dolby atmos soundbar. The tech finally showed up after several no shows and says I don't know much about soundbars and that he thought the appointment was for TV. Then he says the soundbar isn't supposed to be Dolby atmos. I pointed out the name of the soundbar has dolby atmos and it's the reason why I bought it. He left without doing much. I rescheduled again and waited all day again for the tech to show up and another no show . As of now it's been over 2 weeks the ticket is open. The issue isn't resolved and I am still waiting for them to send someone credible to take a look at the system."
