"I TRIED scheduling an appointment for this company to come help me fix my viking stove multiple times. The first time the technician never showed up, I called and the receptionist (who is extremely rude) told me she had been trying to call me all day, she said the technician got in an accident and can't make it out for three weeks. I called the following week to reschedule for three weeks from now (same receptionist) and she said she could get someone out the following day. (Figured maybe it was a different technician) again, no one showed up! I called again to try to reschedule one more time and the same receptionist literally told me the exact same story about how she was trying to call me all morning because her technician was in a horrible accident and won't be able to come out for three weeks. I said "another technician got into another accident?" She just sat on the phone not answering my question. So I asked "is it the same technician that got in an accident last week?" Still no answer. I said "hello?" Thinking maybe she just didn't hear me. "Yes I'm here! I can not get anyone out to your location for three weeks" and abruptly hung up without scheduling me for another appointment. This is one of the only viking repair business in the area so I feel like I have no way of getting my oven Fixed. If management ever sees this please do something about your receptionist!"
