"Called asking when they closed and asking questions about products then when I arrive to the shop they refused to open the door saying they are by appointment only but yet didn't say anything about that on the phone terrible customer service. "Hands down the best one-stop-shop for genuine stone beads, chain, and tools. They can be a little suspicious of new customers, and men, but once they know you, they treat you like family. Prices are always pretty competitive, for the area, unless you want to go all the way downtown and risk getting a synthetic or mislabeled product if you aren't careful. Now, I've seen a few mislabeled products here, but I'd say 99% are exactly what they say they are. If you haven't been yet; GO!"

"I think of myself as a polite and respectful person, and I believe that the entire time I was in the store I was both courteous and kind. Sadly, this isn't way I was treated in return. I have been to this store a few times, and purchased a strand of beads or a pendant as needed, with little fanfare. I will say, however, that I went into the store today and was completely rebuffed. I was practically ignored by the staff as I continually had to keep coming back to Nona to ask questions about items and their price. I felt almost as though I were imposing asking for help. I waited around for a bit after being offered help by someone else, only to get help from another customer while she was being helped by that worker. Sadly she was friendlier and more helpful than any of the staff I spoke with. I'll give them this, they do have an amazing assortment of beads and stones and have some gorgeous stuff inside the store. What they don't have, is any kind of service mentality. I would have loved to purchase the items I was looking for in their store; and with a little help, I probably could have found them. Unfortunately for me that wasn't the case. Maybe this was a one time thing, or maybe they were having an off day, I'm not sure, but I won't be going back to give them a second chance. My business will be taken elsewhere, even if that means driving downtown."
