"I visited Fleur De Lys looking for a 60th birthday gift. The shop has unique and beautiful home goods, accessories, jewelry, and a much more. I left without purchasing anything, but I will be back to purchase items I would Ike to get for myself and my home."

"This is a hidden gem at Newport Beach. Fleur De Lys is like a Hallmark shop with more unique high end products. If you are looking for special unique items or gifts for your girl friends who love home decorations, this is the place! The second you walk into the shop, you will be greeted with the pleasant fragrance. They have a few sessions in the shop- cards, home goods, home wears, and jewelries. Being in the store just makes me so happy!"

"I’ve been coming here for the better part of the last three decades. I bought a Covid-19 mask for my at-risk grandmother several weeks ago, only to find out at after gifting it to her, that it was kids sized and didn’t fit her. The man in the store would not allow me to return/exchange it. It was only $15, but the fact that he wouldn’t let me exchange it at the very least is incredible. At least be clear with sizing if you can’t try things on in a store or let me know up front exchange/returns are not available. They have lost a customer, and I will not return or patronize this store in the future."
