"For a huge establishment, it's ridiculous just how unorganized a store like this can be. Seeing a ton of customers waiting for service, whether it's for repair, cleaning or pickup, you allow chaos to occur at your store without any care for your customers, aside from anyone there to buy new product. A simple check-in system is all you need to ensure there is a clear process and expectations for those waiting to be seen. It's just not acceptable for a store with plenty of staff, at the very least utilize free employees to help get customers checked in so you know who is next. Please do better."
"I have been coming to Tiffany for years and have had good experiences up to today. My sales professional R. Khaksarfard was very rude and not welcoming when assisting my girlfriend, her sister and I. We had been waiting around 15 minutes for someone to help us purchase something, and Ms. Khaksarfard came to us tentatively. She asked how she could help, and we asked to see her double heart necklaces. She looked at us like we were dumb and in the wrong spot and gestured that the necklaces were over on the other side. We asked to see a necklace and she pulled it out and looked disinterested, almost like she didn’t believe we were going to purchase anything and we were wasting her time. She didn’t offer to show us other colors or show us the different size necklaces. The worst part was that when we said we wanted to purchase it, her entire demeanor changed and she seemed shocked, and seemed shocked again when she found out we have an existing account. We think that since we weren’t dressed in the nicest clothes that we weren’t taken seriously."

I was in a tight spot, having ordered a gift online for an engagement party, only to find out it wasn't available for pickup as I had thought. Time was ticking, and I was close to missing the event. In my moment of need, Ragan was a lifesaver. Upon calling the store, she immediately understood my predicament and sprang into action. Not only did she find a perfect alternative gift, but she also guided me to the nearest parking to ensure I could make it in time. Her warm, reassuring presence and problem-solving skills truly exemplified the best in customer service. Arriving just three minutes before closing, I was met with Nicole's welcoming smile. She efficiently wrapped the gift beautifully, making sure I didn't feel rushed despite the hour. Her swift and gracious assistance was nothing short of exceptional. Thanks to Nicole and Ragan, I left the store on time with a stunning replacement gift, which the newly engaged couple absolutely loved! This experience has not only left a lasting impression on me but also ensured that I will be doing all my holiday shopping at Tiffany & Co. South Coast Plaza. "I'm not sure what's up with all the haters, they all sound like they've never shopped at a tiffany before. I usually shop at the one in Beverly Hills but I'd thought I'd give this one a spin. I buy something at Tiffany about once a year. It seems like it moved to a bigger spot inside the mall fairly recently because Maps had it on the wrong floor and location inside the mall. The current space is huge with multiple rooms. More a real Tiffany than a mall Tiffany vibe. I found what I wanted on their website before I came inside, crucial since they don't have prices on anything. The service was prompt and attentive and it's in a part of the mall with tons of other luxury retailers in case you are looking for more than one thing. And lots of tourists from East Asia."
"Another great experience at this location. Appointments are not required. We got there early and did not have to wait long to receive service. The SA was really nice and knowledgeable with the collections. This location has a great selection and everything we wanted to see was available."
